We require at least 10 photos to work with and suggest but don't require up to 6 videos so that we have options. Please note: not all images or videos may be selected to be used and some may be repeated.

On the order form, you will submit information about your pet, i.e tell us what it is about him/her that you love so much, how he/she came into your life, some of the favorite moments you shared together. We want to hear all about your relationship. This helps us customize your song and video.

All music videos are approximately 3 minutes--give or take a few seconds.

Once we have everything we need from you, we should have your video and customized song to you within 2 weeks. We will email you the link.

You will have a one-time edit request that is included with your project. We can swap out photos or videos, and adjust words in the song but the edit request must be made via email within 1 week after receipt of your project..

Your custom song is being written, arranged and produced by Billy Alessi, a grammy nominated musician, who has sold over 8 million records worldwide throughout his professional career. His fee for a custom song and video created exclusively for your pet is $499. If you choose to select one of Billy's stock inventory of songs with your dog's name inserted into the lyrics, the fee would be $299. A QR code can be add to either of the above versions for an additional fee of $50.

We can connect a custom QR code to your music video for an additional fee of $50. A QR code can be applied to any printed item, such as a customized photo book, a framed photo of your pet, a holiday or greeting card, etc. This provides an easy way to share it with others. Only one code is needed and can be used on any printed items. Just say 'yes' on your order form if you would like us to add a QR code.
